Jenny Hayes

Jenny studied architecture at Leeds and Manchester School of Architecture before joining OEA in 2006. Since joining she has established excellent relationships with clients and contractor teams and frequently brings innovative technical and design solutions to challenging projects. 

Jenny is known for her ability to stay cool while getting involved in all aspects of running projects, overseeing the design and quality control of systems and schemes from inception to completion. She enjoys keeping abreast of the various projects in the studio through internal reviews and is relied upon for her insightful critique.

Alongside her project work Jenny is also the office lead in mentoring upcoming students and many aspects of practice management and still somehow manages to never miss a deadline!

In her spare time Jenny is regularly found ankle deep in the mud at boot camp in her local Bruntwood Park or chasing after her kids.
