Paul O'Connell

Paul completed his professional training at the City Architects department, Manchester in the Energy Conservation Group and Housing Modifications team. This was followed by 8 years as a senior architect at Manchester based Downs and Variava completing several halls of residence for the University of Manchester and UMIST before establishing O’Connell East in 1995.
